These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 444r website, mobile interface, and any related services offered under the 444r brand. By accessing any part of the 444r platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Player-Initiated Closure

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 444r will attempt to contact the registered account holder via email prior to any dormant account action. If no response is received within 30 days of notification, an administrative fee may be applied to the dormant balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
